Role:

  • Coordinated the full preparation workflow for a company-wide photography contest.

  • Collected employee photo submissions and organized them into categories.

  • Created bilingual Chinese–English titles and captions for all selected photos.

  • Communicated with an external vendor regarding customized photo frames and printing specifications.

  • Prepared materials for publication and assisted in arranging the interactive voting feature on the official WeChat account.

  • Supported on-site setup for the internal photo exhibition and helped facilitate the award ceremony.

Summary:

This project was a company-wide photography contest hosted by Ericsson’s Global Service Center in Beijing. The process included photo collection, content preparation, bilingual captioning, public voting on the company’s WeChat account, and a follow-up exhibition featuring the final selected works.

Employees from multiple locations submitted photographs under different themes such as Colorful Creatures, Cultural Environment, and Natural Environment. After public voting concluded, the winning photos were displayed in an internal showcase, followed by a simple award presentation.
